terms of service
Commissions are for personal use only. Using it for profile pictures/banners is allowed with credit to @arty.cuno on Instagram, but may not be used for profit. Please contact me via email for commercial works; there will be additional fees for commercial rights.
Reposting and sharing the artwork on any platform is okay, but you must credit @arty.cuno on Instagram.
I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any A/I engine is prohibited.
I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.
Listed prices are the base price. Additional details and complexity may cause the price to increase (between 5% to 50% of previous price maximum). The additional amount will be added to your invoice. You must agree to the price increase in writing before I add extra details to your commission.
I have every right to decline a commission for any reason.
Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees or may be declined. Please give me at most two (2) months to complete your commission. I care deeply about creating work of high quality, and therefore I put many hours into each one of my artworks. You are welcome to request updates if there hasn't been one in awhile! I will provide updates at the rough sketch, flat colors, and final check phases.
To ensure I can deliver artwork to your satisfaction, please provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in additional fees or be declined. Pinterest boards, images, anything is acceptable.
payment and refunds
Payment is via VGEN only. I will send across an invoice. A deposit of at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start working.Once the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working and finish up your commission. No refunds will be issued after the sketch is approved.
Partial refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
If for reasons you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit but BEFORE the sketch has been approved, I can issue a partial refund (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).
In the rare event I feel that I cannot complete your commission at all, I can issue a partial refund depending on how much I have completed. (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).
Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me cancelling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment.
process: what to expect
Commissions will go through a sketch, rendering, and final polish phase.I will send progress updates on the completion of each stage.
Sketch phase: I will send progress images of the sketch (and flat colours on request) for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed with the next stage. Once the sketch phase has been approved for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.
Rendering stage: Once I have finished the rendering stage, I will send one final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments. I will not make major revisions to the art at this stage under any circumstances.
Final polish and delivery of commission: Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will e-mail you full res .png files of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered.
